Three Rivers Avian Center asking community to keep a bird’s eye out for a Blue Heron in need

Summers County, WV (WOAY)-Three Rivers Avian Center is a sanctuary and rehabilitation center for different birds in the mountain state, but right now, they are calling on those who enjoy the water, for an extra set of eyes.
