Three people sentenced for separate drug offenses in Fayette County

FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – Several people in Fayette County have been sentenced for drug offenses.

According to Prosecuting Attorney Anthony Ciliberti, Jr., three people have been sentenced for separate cases. Two of them were charged for intent to deliver.

Robert Ingram, from Oak Hill, was sentenced to at least three years in prison before being eligible for parole. He was found guilty of possession of controlled substances at two different traffic stops in 2022.

During the second stop, police found 15 grams of meth and three and a half grams of heroin and fentanyl.

He was convicted on charges of intent to deliver meth and fentanyl.

Meanwhile, Ashley Williams of Pembroke, Virginia, was convicted of possession with intent to deliver meth and fentanyl. She will serve at least one year in prison before being eligible for parole. The maximum amount of time she could serve behind bars is 15 years.

Additionally, Tommy Strothers was convicted of a felony conspiracy charge. He was arrested during a traffic stop after officers found 35 grams of meth and half a gram of fentanyl. He will serve at least two years and six months before being eligible for parole.
