Hilltop, WV (WOAY)- The Mountain State’s second-oldest bar, the Three Gables Club, is celebrating ninety years since its opening.
To celebrate, Three Gables will host a party on Saturday, September 6, kicking off at 6:00 pm and featuring live music from local band Street Heat from 7:00 pm. To 10:00 pm.
The dinner menu will be available from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Current owner Julia Woodson, who is also the granddaughter of the original owner, Larry Navicki, says, “So many people have told me about the great times they’ve had at the club. From karaoke to dinners, proms, and first dates, we’ve been the backdrop for so many memories for a lot of people. We want to bring old friends and new back to the club to bring three gables into her ninth decade of existence.”
Woodson reopened the Three Gables in 2023 as a rentable space and venue, preserving its original charm, including the disco dance floor and restaurant.
Woodson says, “The heart of Three Gables has always been about celebration.”
The Three Gables Club is located at 6271 Legends Highway in Hilltop.
