Those on WIC and SNAP can receive discounted tickets to the Clay Center

Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) – The West Virginia Department of Human Services, Department of Health, and the Clay Center for the Arts have announced a new partnership to allow those who have SNAP or WIC benefits to have a discounted admission.

Starting on Sunday, October 5th, the Clay Center will offer $2 admission per person for each household member who received benefits. This will be available on the first Sunday of each month.

To redeem this discount, be sure to have a valid SNAP or WIC card with a photo ID at the Clay Center box office. This partnership allows everyone to explore the museum and planetarium at an affordable price.
