Third WV county passes “2nd Amendment Sanctuary” resolution

NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – According to a Facebook post, the Nicholas County Commission voted unanimously to pass a resolution making the county a Second Amendment Sanctuary.

Nicholas County is the third county to do so, following Putnam and Fayette Counties.

Kassie Simmons joined the team in January 2019 as a weekend journalist. She graduated from Virginia Tech in just two and a half years with a BA in multimedia journalism.
