Beckley, WV (WOAY) – Raleigh County Sheriff’s deputies are giving back to their community, and you can help too.
The deputies are collecting donations to help those impacted by recent flooding in Raleigh County.
The department is asking for donations of water, cleaning supplies like bleach and non-perishable food items.
In a post on the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, Sheriff Frank Priddy says his administration will work with the communities of Raleigh County to find the areas hit the hardest and in the most need.
Donations are being collected in the lobby at Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office headquarters located at 308 Ned Payne Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
The donations will be distributed to communities via Raleigh County Sheriff’s Deputies and staff.
