Hico, WV (WOAY) A new plant shop in Fayette County is celebrating its grand opening this weekend.
K.J. Beyer, owner of The Garden Sheddy in Hico, is inviting the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, May 2, at noon.
The shop is located at 25385 Midland Trail, Suite 4, alongside Freefolk Brewery and Ample Pizza.
The first 50 customers will receive a gift, and guests can expect light snacks, iced herbal tea, and a limited-edition beer release during the event.
Beyer says she opened The Garden Sheddy to create a welcoming space where people can slow down, shop local, and connect through a shared love of plants.
