Tazewell, VA (WOAY) – A police department in Southwest Virginia is asking for help from the public to locate a woman with active warrants.
According to a Facebook post from the Tazewell Virginia Police Department, Randi Nicole Sparks, a. k. a. Nicole Horn has active warrant for Credit Card Theft, Credit Card Fraud and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
She is described as a white female that is 5 foot 6 inches tall. She weighs 240 pounds.
