Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – Sheriff Frank Priddy told Newswatch the details of a reported sexual assault.
On March 13, the Raleigh County Sheriff’s office responded to Harper Road regarding the reported sexual assault.
Following an investigation, police charged suspect Phillip Wriston with two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, and 4 counts of sexual abuse in the third degree
Wriston was later located by West Virginia State Police in Fayette County.
Sheriff Frank Priddy and Chief Deputy Frankie Shelton commend all officers involved and extend their thanks to the State Police in Fayette County for their help.
