Summersville, WV (WOAY)-A Summersville man is facing child pornography charges in Nicholas County
According to a media release from the Nicholas County Sheriff’s Department, a magistrate court issued a search warrant after reports that the suspect possessed explicit photos of a minor.
Upon investigation of the phone and discovery of the photos, deputies arrested 23-year-old Caleb Noah Boggs of Summersville, charging him with possession of explicit pictures of a minor.
Boggs awaits further court proceedings in Central Regional Jail on a $5,000 cash bail.
The incident is still under investigation.
