Summers County, WV (WOAY) – The Summers County Sheriff’s Department has captured an escaped fugitive.
Sheriff Faris and Sargent Ward found and apprehended Jason Pittman, who allegedly escaped on the 15 of February from the Raleigh County Department of Corrections.
Pittman was taken into custody without incident in the Judson Road area.
The sheriff’s office also arrested Darren Forren for obstructing law enforcement in the performance of their duties.
