Summers County, WV (WOAY)- Is your child ready for the upcoming sports season?
Summers County Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) is offering free sports physicals now through Thursday, July 31.
You can schedule an appointment at two locations: the rural health clinic, located next to the hospital, or the family care clinic on Madison Street.
To schedule an appointment, please call 304-466-2918 for the Rural Health Clinic or 304-466-2501 for the Family Care Clinic.
Physicals are available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
As a reminder, a parent or guardian must accompany the child, and you’ll need to bring a signed physical form to the appointment.
