Sue Cline loses to ‘Bugs’ Stover

WYOMING COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Incumbent Republican Sue Cline has lost her state senate seat against David “Bugs” Stover.

Currently, with 99% of the precincts reporting, Stover leads Cline by 2,275 votes or 20% of the vote.
