Stuff the Bus in Greenbrier County goes virtual this year

GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Communities in Schools of Greenbrier County typically puts on a “Stuff the Bus” event every year, and that continues on this year but virtually.

Anyone who wants to donate school supplies to a child in need can head over to the Facebook page where they can begin online shopping their online registries with Amazon and Walmart.

These items will directly ship to CISGC to limit contact.

This year, the nonprofit is also working with a local children’s clothing store in Lewisburg called Love Child where people can shop their items and donate to the cause.

“We collaborated with Love Child in Lewisburg, so that gives anyone who wants to donate to Stuff the Bus three different options, three different venues to be able to do so,” CISGC Executive Director Brittany Masters said.

You can head over to their Facebook page for more information. This is happening until August 28.
