The Halloween retailer says it’s looking to hire more than 52,000 seasonal employees to staff more than 1,500 stores across the U.S. and Canada ahead of the fall shopping season.
Open positions include sales associates, assistant managers, and store, zone, and regional managers to help with store setup, merchandising, daily operations, and seasonal teardown.
The company says employees will receive competitive pay, flexible scheduling, seasonal incentive programs, retention bonuses, and a 30% employee discount on costumes, décor, and Halloween merchandise.
