Socially-distanced craft and vendor show being planned in Beaver

BEAVER, WV (WOAY) – West Virginia Shop Local, an organization of local vendors, is putting together a craft and vendor show in Beaver.

The vendor show will take place July 11 and feature more than 40 local vendors. Proceeds from the show will also be going to a local hygiene bank.

Dyane Corcoran, an event coordinator for the vendor show, says that despite worries of COVID-19, the show will be a safe place for locals to shop.

“I think we’ll have a really good turnout. It is an open venue. Everybody’s gonna be pretty well spaced out. Masks are at your discretion since it is an outdoor event. But we’ve got a great variety of products here from handmade items, crocheted items, woodworking, masks, clothing, apparel,” Corcoran said.

The show will be at Airport Road in Beaver, across from 84 Lumber.
