Snowy Pattern Marches On

I-64 at White Sulphur Springs
While still digging out from the previous snowstorm across southern West Virginia, our active pattern has no sign of stopping in the near future.
Occasional snow showers will be likely today through tomorrow, but we turn our attention to our next chance for measurable snow in the forecast late Friday into Saturday. A southern storm will bring accumulating snow from northern Texas, North Carolina, in to southern West Virginia. Light to moderate snowfall is expected area-wide with a general 2-4″ for many. Many areas will have cumulative double digit snowfall totals before all said and done this week!

Along with the snow, wind chill temperatures will be approaching close to the negative category by Thursday AM.
