Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – Slices Pizza is officially back open at Crossroads Mall, celebrating a grand re‑opening with an open house and ribbon cutting over the lunch hour today.
Customers were invited to stop by between noon and 1 p.m. for pan‑fried pizza, wings, and soft‑serve, with one free ice cream cone per customer during the event.
Owner Kyle David Hurd states that the shop focuses on three pillars: ready-to-go pizza by the slice, traditional and boneless fried wings, and classic vanilla soft‑serve ice cream.
Hurd also runs the longtime steak escape location in the mall and says the landlords are working with local operators to bring more food options back to the shopping center.
Hurd says the idea behind slices is fast, hot, and convenient food for busy shoppers on the go.
