FRAZIER BOTTOM, WV (WOAY)- There’s a shooting investigation in Fraziers Bottom, WV. Yesterday, March 1st, Troopers Fisher and Weis responded to a shooting on Winfield Rd. in Fraizers Bottom.
Their investigation revealed that the victim, John Hesler of Hopewell VA, travelled to the accused’s residence, John Bilzor of Fraziers Bottom, and an argument ensued. Bilzor fired three shots, striking Hesler in the leg 2 times. Hesler was taken to CAMC General for non-life-threatening injuries.
Bilzor was taken into custody without incident and is being charged with Malicious Wounding and Unlawful Assault.
