Pikeview High School brings the Greek islands to Princeton with a production of “Mamma Mia!”

PRINCETON, WV (WOAY)- Mamma Mia here we go again with another musical preview.

Honey honey how Pikeview thrills me with their production of “Mamma Mia!” “Mamma Mia!” is a jukebox musical from the late 90s featuring the hits by ABBA.

“‘Mamma Mia!’ is a teenage girl trying to find her father that she’s never really know because her mother had an incident with them, and she just wants to find her dad before her wedding so she can get walked down the aisle by him,” said Elizabeth Burr, Sophie.

This super trouper show will have the audience all be dancing queens with the fun it brings for everyone. The cast and crew enjoy the show and rehearsing these past few months has been nothing short of teamwork and fun.

“To be completely honest it’s positive chaos and like the best way,” said Sydnie Dickerson, Donna. “But like when we come in closer to the show, it like it neatens itself. It’s pretty cool to see it all actually.”

Regardless of age, many people know the music of ABBA and can all enjoy it. So putting this on has been pretty easy to get everyone excited.

So there’s no more of reason to give you give you give you an excuse to head over to Pikeview this weekend. So don’t miss this show by it slipping through your fingers.

The show runs on Friday at 6:30, and Saturday at noon and 6. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for kids at the door.

They recommend you buy online ahead of time so you can save some money, money, money. If you buy tickets online they will be $12 for adults and 8 for kids.
