Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) Sheriff Frank Priddy would like to inform the citizens of Raleigh County about a shooting incident that occurred this weekend.
On Saturday, Raleigh County deputies responded to a reported shooting in the Calloway Heights area.
At this time, authorities believe this to be an isolated incident and do not consider there to be an ongoing threat to the public.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information may be released as it becomes available.
The sheriff’s office says they appreciate the public’s patience and cooperation as deputies continue to investigate and will provide further updates when appropriate.
