STANAFORD WV (WOAY) – On May 24, at around 7:20 p.m. the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office responded to the shooting on Hoist Road in Stanford.
They found a man inside the building that had been shot.
The victim, 46-year-old Chad Minor, was transported to a hospital but later died.
The resident of the building was identified as the shooter and is cooperating with police. At this time, he is not facing charges.
