SHADY SPRING, WV (WOAY) – On Saturday morning, Shady Spring track and field athlete Isaiah Valentine signed with Glenville State.
The 2018 400m state champion said he developed a “brotherhood” with the Glenville State coaching staff over the course of his recruitment.
Valentine made his decision official in a ceremony surrounded by family, teammates and coaches.
