MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – The McDowell County Health Department is reporting an uptick of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
The Health Department says seven confirmed cases have been reported as of Thursday afternoon, bringing the overall total to 59 in the county, with 47 of those active cases. The 47 active cases are located throughout the county and are all attributed to community spread.
