FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – Secret Sandwich Society recently opened its doors back up, after being closed for more than a month.
The popular restaurant closed down in the early stages of the pandemic to keep their employees and the community safe. Now that it’s opened back up, the owner, Lewis Rhinehart, says the restaurant is doing everything they can to stay safe.
“We have all of our social distancing, we have hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, the whole deal. As much touchless ordering as we can. You call in your order, you pay over the phone, you tell us what vehicle you’re driving, you pull up out front here, we keep and eye out for ya, we bring your order out to ya,” Rhinehart said.
The restaurant also has limited outdoor seating, which is currently the only sit down option for restaurants in the state.
