UPDATE: Richlands Police say the missing 14-year-old child has been found safe.
RICHLANDS, VA (WOAY) – The Richlands Police Department is actively searching for a missing 14-year-old, Shawn Michael Harris.
Shawn is autistic and walked away from his residence on Spratt Road in the Town of Richlands sometime during the overnight, early morning hours. You will see large police, fire-rescue presence in the area behind Clinch Valley Bank to tank hill.
He was last seen wearing the clothes in this photo, as this photo was taken late yesterday.
RPD is in the process at this time of having Shawn entered into VCIN as a missing child.
