Richlands, VA (WOAY) The Richlands Police Department wants to empower residents to protect themselves and their neighborhood.
The police department is reminding the community of the Neighborhood Watch Program meeting on Wednesday, March 11, at 6:00 pm at Richlands Town Hall.
Organizers say the event provides a great opportunity for citizens to meet with officers, discuss local issues, share information, and educate themselves on public safety resources to effectively protect the community.
