Tazewell County, VA (WOAY) – The Richlands Police Department has arrested three people in connection with a string of vehicle break-ins.
Jamie Stump, Jeremy Wells, and Trystan Evans have all been arrested and charged with Petit larceny and entering a vehicle to commit a crime.
The police department says its investigation was aided by citizen information and surveillance video.
