Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – We take a moment to remember a dedicated Fayette County coach, teacher, and school administrator.
Gary Ray was Vice President of the Fayette County Board of Education, but his community impact goes far deeper.
He served at Fayette County Schools from 1971 to 2001 as a teacher, coach, principal, and director.
After that, he served in multiple roles with the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission, including Executive Director.
Coach Ray, you will be missed.
