An arrest was made in Beckley and two individuals are now facing multiple charges.
According to the Raleigh County Sheriffs Office, on Friday march 13, Deputy N. White and Corporal R. McDaniel responded to a report of a suspicious person in the area of business street near Beckley.
During the investigation with the assistance of other law enforcement agencies, two individuals, Michael Ward and Martin Brown were apprehended.
They were charged with fleeting on foot, obstructing, petit larceny, conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor, and conspiracy to commit a felony among other charges.
Both suspects’ bond was set at $100,000 dollars.
