BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – The Raleigh County Sheriff’s office has charged a man with possession of fentanyl and cocaine with intent to deliver.
Earlier this week, deputies responded to the area of the 2100 block of Harper Road for a report of an unresponsive man in the driver’s seat of a car. The man was identified as David Matthew White.
During the course of the investigation, CPL. B. Garrett deployed his K-9 partner. Deputies then located cocaine and fentanyl. White was charged with possession with intent to deliver.
