Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – Raleigh County Schools threw a big party on Friday morning.
It was their back-to-school community outreach and wellness fair.
There were 63 vendors present from schools and outside agencies.
Families could connect with their teachers, principals, and outside support. Kids could even get a free haircut and see what the inside of a school bus is like.
The Arby’s Inspire Foundation and Little General gave $10,000 to provide a week’s supply of socks and underwear.
Access Health provided water bottles, and Raleigh County Schools had school supplies available.
