Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – A Raleigh County man has pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Francies Combs, a 58-year-old man from Cool Ridge, admitted to selling a 22 caliber pistol and fentanyl to a confidential informant in July 2024.
He also admitted to selling fentanyl and a 9 millimeter pistol to an informant in August of 2024.
He faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
