Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – A Raleigh County man has been charged with allegedly selling fireworks illegally in Summers County.
Samuel Morton was charged with selling consumer-grade fireworks without authorization along Route 12.
State law requires anyone selling fireworks to obtain a valid retail certificate.
The fireworks were seized by law enforcement.
