Princeton is celebrating America’s 250th in a big way

Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – Princeton is celebrating America’s 250th in a big way!

Thursday, July 2

  • Lee Dean will sign Elvis and Cash at 6 p.m. as part of the Music in the Park concert series
  • Bring a blanket, a chair, and an appetite for food trucks!

Friday July 3

  • City Park ADA Playground – 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. – a safe place for families with special needs to enjoy snacks, games, music, and sparklers!

Saturday, July 4

  • Star95 Pool Free swim from noon to 2 p.m. at Princeton City Pool.
  • 2:30 p.m. – 8:30 games, contests, and music at the pool
  • Car Show at Princeton High School – 8 a.m. – awards at noon
  • Music at the Chuck Mathena Center, 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Fireworks at 9:45 p.m.
  • Expect food trucks, games, contests, and more!
