Beckley, WV (WOAY) – Prime Cabinets and Countertops has opened a new showroom in Beckley, the company’s third location in West Virginia.
The business marked the occasion with a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting at 202 South Eisenhower Drive. Prime sells and installs cabinets and countertops for kitchens and bathrooms, and the new showroom allows homeowners and contractors to compare styles, materials and finishes in person. The Beckley store joins existing Prime showrooms in Barboursville and Parkersburg.
Co-owner Mike Reese said the company views the new site as the centerpiece of its operation.
“This is going to be our flagship store, I have a feeling … The community’s response, as you see today, I think we’re going to be ok,” Reese said.
Reese said the company handles the design work and moves quickly to get finished product to job sites.
“We have the fastest turnaround in the industry. We’ll get you cabinets delivered to sites, [in as little as] maybe two weeks, and they’re already built. We do all the design and we take all the stuff that the contractors maybe don’t want to do. We thrive in that area,” Reese said.
