WOAY – A line of storms moved through Fayette and Nicholas Counties early Wednesday morning, with parts of both counties under a Flash Flood Warning until 12:15 PM Wednesday.
According to Nicholas County dispatchers, calls first came in around 5:00 AM about downed trees and buildings that were tipped over in the Craigsville area. There have no reports of injuries, but Mon Power is reporting multiple power outages.
Fayette County dispatchers tell WOAY there have been no reports of downed trees, tipped-over buildings, or injuries. Appalachian Power is reporting power outages near Deep Water and Gauley Bridge.
