Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – Appalachian Power crews are still working to restore power around the viewing area.
As of 5 p.m., 1,300 people were without power in Raleigh County. The company estimates that it will take until tomorrow night at 11 p.m. to restore power to those customers.
Continued rain and wind are hindering repair operations, but progress has been made.
