Power outage impacts thousands in West Virginia

Greenbrier County, WV (WOAY) – A power outage is impacting customers in Greenbrier, Monroe, Pocahontas and Summers Counties.

According to a statement from First EnergyCorp, approximately 21,000 customers are currently without service due to a Dominion Energy transmission line outage that feeds multiple Mon Power substations.

Dominion Energy is working to reenergize the line, and the estimated time of restoration is unknow at this time.
