TAZEWELL, VA (WOAY) – A man from Pounding Mill has been indicted for 6-count felony indictments from a recent Tazewell County jury.
46-year-old Jason David Osborn faces 4 counts of child cruelty, neglect, and abuse – 1 count of strangulation of another person and 1 count of shooting a firearm or missile in or at a building with people in it.
These events happened between December 1st, 2012 through December 19th, 2019.
Tazewell County Sheriff Brian Hieatt stated that quote – “This has been a very long and taxing investigation, our detective and patrol division have worked tirelessly to ensure a good case was presented to the grand jury.” end quote.
