FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – A Pittsburgh man has been sentenced to one to ten years in prison for transporting meth into the state.
Celeste Vaughn was pulled over by Fayetteville police officers on US 19 on July 10, 2021.
Officers detected the smell of marijuana when they approached and saw what they thought were drugs and paraphernalia.
After searching the vehicle, police found 1,000 pills containing meth.
Vaughn must spend one year in prison before being eligible for parole.
