Pipestem offers Ziplining to see fall foliage from bird’s eye view

Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – The leaves are changing for fall, and that offers a gorgeous landscape for ziplining. Until the end of October, Pipestem is offering its Peaks Zipline Tour to see all the fall foliage in a fun way!

Pipestems Peaks Zipline reaches across the Bluestone River Gorge, and includes 9 zips from 300 to 1,800 feet in length. They also have three aerial bridges, allowing riders to glide across treetops. This is intended for individuals 10 years of age and older. Guests will have guided tours with professionals with top-of-the-line equipment.

Also new this season, you can return to the top of the gorge with the new tramway at Pipestem.

If you wish to partake, you are encouraged to book a reservation as spots book quickly. The zipline will remain open until Halloween, weather permitting.
