MERCER COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Pikeview High School senior is a semifinalist for the United States Presidential Scholars Program.
Kayli M. Mann, Valedictorian of Pikeview High School Class of 2020, has been notified that she is a semifinalist for the United States Presidential Scholars Program. The United States Presidential Scholars Program recognizes up to 161 students in the country based on broad academic achievement, academic and artistic scholarship, or accomplishment in career and technical education fields. The application for this prestigious program is by invitation only. Kayli is now one of 621 semifinalists whose application will be reviewed by the Commission on Presidential Scholars. U.S. Presidential Scholars will be nationally recognized in June of this year.
