FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – Cy Persinger has unseated incumbent Delegate Marshall Clay in the Republican primary for House of Delegates District 51.
According to the Associated Press, Persinger also defeated businessman Dan Hill in the three-way primary.
He will face off against Democrat Colby Lopez in the November general election.
Persinger is a lifelong Fayette County resident and works as a business analyst at Rainelle Medical Center.Â
