Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – Pattern is an initiative of the NRGRDA centered on building the outdoor industry with cut and sew training and education by supporting entrepreneurs with prototype and development needs.
They cut the ribbon on a new textile training and manufacturing center in downtown Beckley on Thursday in the United Bank building on Main Street.
