Greenbrier County, WV (WOAY) – An out-of-state woman has been arrested for allegedly committing a romance scam in Greenbrier County.
The prosecuting attorney’s office says Ginger Taylor Pirada Yanko-Mitchell traveled to the area under the pretense of a long- term relationship with the victim.
Yanko-Mitchell is accused of stealing jewelry, watches, and coins, as well as $4,000.
Deputies say Mitchell used an alias on dating websites.
