FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – One person has been confirmed dead following a crash Thursday morning on Interstate 77 Northbound.
According to West Virginia State Police, the first calls regarding an incident around mile marker 63.5 (Fayette County) came in around 6:00 AM Thursday. As of 10:20 AM, emergency crews are continuing to clear the northbound lanes; all southbound lanes on the Turnpike are unaffected.
