UPDATE: (Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at 8 am) WYOMING COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A woman is in jail charged with DUI causing death.
According to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department, Cassandra Gray was arrested Sunday night after her truck collided with a man on a bicycle. The man on the bike, Randy Lee Brag, II, 38, died as a result of the crash.
Gray is charged with DUI causing death, and more charges could be filed as the investigation continues.
WYOMING COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A crash between a truck and a bicycle has left one person dead.
According to dispatch, the call came in around 2:20 pm of the accident that occurred on Route 971 in Clear Fork. A truck collided with a man on a bicycle, resulting in the bicyclist’s fatality. The deceased man had no identification on him. The driver of the truck was transported to the hospital.
Oceana Fire Department, Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department, and Jan Care Ambulance responded to the accident.
