Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – The state police has confirmed an officer-involved shooting took place in Ghent Tuesday morning.
According to Captain Goldie of the West Virginia State Police, the incident occurred at approximately 7:40 a.m. at the Little General convenience store located on Odd Road.
The situation involved one male suspect.
