Off duty trucker talks road safety during severe winter weather and hazardous road conditions

Beckley, WV (WOAY)-This winter, we have become quite familiar with snow-covered roads, and Wednesday morning was more of the same. 

WOAY had the good fortune of meeting a talkative trucker, who decided to sit this one out.
